"I had a very bad experience with this company and I hope by sharing it other customers will be aware who they are buying from and how they will be dealt with if their purchased products turns out not as described.
The sales person laughed at me when I told him I'm happy if my mattress lasts up to 2 years only in response to the question "how long do you want it to last?". He ensured me that the mattress will last for at least 10 years, which is not unexpected. People use their mattresses for 20 years. But when just after 2 months I called them telling that the mattress they sold me, which is priced 400 bucks, has sunken in the middle and got out of shape to the point where I can't use it anymore, the guy simply told me on the phone that products are not designed to last long anymore as they used to in the good old days! (apparently 2 months is very long for a mattress). They did not accept any responsibility that they had sold me a faulty mattress and like other customers here they gave me a store credit of 50% off on other products, telling me this is the best they could do and I am their valued customer! What a joke!
It is so sad that in the worst situation all they offer to you is to sell you more of their faulty stuff. The mattress they sold me was definitely faulty and they knew it as they had a 50% off on it (That was not the first mattress of that kind they were selling). They knew it would sink and they should have returned all of those faulty mattresses to the manufacturer; but instead, they decided to sell it to customers with the hope that if they return, they simply tell them there's nothing they can do about it and just encourage them to buy more of their stuff by giving them store credit. They lie, don't take responsibility and still expect you to purchase more from them. Beware with this company!"
