Not a reliable company

"We made an order on May 3, 2022 and it is now August 8th, 2022 and we still don't have any product or any information on shipping. I have called several times and the owner says to just email him my order confirmation which I have also done several times with no response and no call back. I would never order from this company again, take your business elsewhere!"

appears to be a fraudulent company and we are contacting the Better Business Bureau to report

"Our visa was charged immediately upon placing an order. No further contact has been made by Worldwide. We have called numerous times, emailed, etc.; no response from Worldwide Products. We will be pursuing the return of our funds and notifying the Better Business Bureau of this companies practices."

In response to these complaints from years ago that never go away.

"I work for Worldwide Products and can tell you that we have thousands of satisfied customers so do not let these few reviews from years ago deter you from using our services.

It's possible that the Cross Pen company had discontinued that pen from their wholesale promotional products line but not from their retail line. This should have been explained to the customer at that time.

As for the embroidered caps, we would never tell a customer to remove embroidery to have more embroidery done over it (impossible) nor would we have told them to put a patch over it. It is possible that our vendor would have wanted to inspect the embroidery done on the caps before issuing a refund to the customer as is the normal policy in this industry.

The review from 2010 about the price change; with over 50,000 items on our site we are not always able to get current pricing from the thousands of vendors that we order from. This is why it states on our site, "*Pricing, Min Qty, & availability subject to change without notice."
No, we do not get many angry phone calls when there is a price increase as most customers read that on our site.
I'm sorry if the customer did not feel that our representatives were sympathetic to her, that is never our intention.

Excellent service

"Worldwide explained our ATM install, how it works and we have not had any problems with system being down, ATM out of cash or payments to us. The ATM and Wirldwide has definitely increased our business. Steve is just great too, always available and always returns calls. So glad we switched to them a year ago. "

"Very disappointed as I purchased a cross pen at a good advertised price only to then find out that the pricing on their website was not "update". I agreed to still purchase at the addtional cost, but then only to find out the product had been "discontinued by the manufacturer". They cancelled my order and that was that. I contacted the manufacturer directly who sold be the pen, so it was obviously in stock and not discontinued!! Avoid this merchant!!!"

"We placed a fairly large order with Worldwide. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our selections at the beginning, but the assistance went downhill once the order was placed. The items arrived in a reasonable amount of time; however, they were embroidered incorrectly. We were presented with two solution options: 1) remove the stitching and re-do it (some of the stitching wouldn't have new embroidery over it, so there would be visible holes); or 2) have a patch put over the error with new embroidery over it. When we said that we weren't happy with either option, we were told that we would need to wait until the items we returned were received and reviewed. We have a deadline, so we requested a refund. Hopefully that will be processed quickly."

"I have absolutely nothing positive to say about my purchasing experience with Worldwide-USA.com After calling to find out why my purchase had not arrived in the "2-5 working days" as indicated on the confirmation, I was told that the price went up, so the charges would be higher. The charge was $5.00 more, so it was less about the price increase (although how can you finalize an order and have the price change?)and more about the notification process. They told me that they had tried to call and e-mail to notify me of the issue. Funniest thing, I had no missed call on my phone log, no voice mail, and no e-mails (searchesd in spam folder as well). Note, I am saying "they". I spoke with three representatives, one ruder than the next. In fact, as I went through the chain of command I was greeted with someone even more ignorant at each level. It became clear that they did not care about my customer experience. There was no disguising that they had no intention of admitting any wrongdoing. (They must receive many angry phone calls when they switch pricing.) Finally, I was told by the manager, who began to laugh at me "they were right, you are rude and obnoxious" before he hung up on me. Mind you, I was not complaining about price, I was not yelling, I used no profanity... I was simply trying to express my discontent for the way in which I was treated. It obviously fell on deaf ears. In my business, mistakes of this nature can ruin reputations and cost large amounts of money. Apparently Worldwide-USA can afford to alienate customers. More power to them. I certainly will not be using them again."
