"This is an absolute scam. My company tried products for two different laser printers in our main office. Both supply products were sub quality and did not meet our standards. We returned the products but our accounting department paid the bill by mistake. WWI has still not returned our $650. We have have made many phone calls with no results even though they say they will pay. By the way I forgot that they begged us to try there products and then it took 6 weeks to receive the printer supplies. "
