"I ordered some wellies and paid a premium for next day delivery. They did not arrive; I contacted World of Tack on several occasions (phone and email) and had different stories each time (this was when they actually responded to me). Three days after they were due, I was told they were out for delivery and the owner would contact me within the hour with courier details/a time of arrival - I heard nothing at all. Their website makes a big thing of customer service - please don't believe this. Nobody bothered to contact me about any issues with delivery, I have had unreturned calls and emails, no contact when promised and no refund for non-delivery (and the next day delivery fee). Avoid."
"They have really been a great company to deal with. I have used them for many years for all my equestrian and pet needs. If they don't have what I am looking for then they can get it in for me.
They have also started a new loyalty club with has really been a great way to get more from shopping with them. "

My only negative complaint would be there is not much dog stuff. But that said they are adding loads all the time and they are an equestrian retailer."
