"A highly unethical & fraudulent company with zero integrity: 1 received 1 case of 24 cans of my order of 10 cases. I called and after i tried 5 times. they said i only ordered 10 cans of dog food. that was $8.20 per can ? no way ! i get a can for .47 at wal-mart. his attitude was that he didn't care to help me resolve this in any way so i am out $82.01 thanks for committing this fraud on me"

"I ordered bedroom furniture from Worldstores and it came quickly and was of good quality. So, I ordered living room furniture from them. 2 weeks later I have received the wrong item twice and still can't be advised when the correct one will arrive. I have waited countless times on their customer service line for over half an hour to get through and have been cut off by customer service people. Not the best experience. Furniture is fine. Service not good."

"This is without question the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
I ordered a leather suite and associated furniture, this company failed to make in excess of fifteen delivery promises. It took me over a month to get my initial deposit back. Worldstores had no regard for the lost days off work or the inconvenience suffered. Once they have your money, getting someone to speak to you is a real challenge, unanswered e.mails, minimum 10 mins hanging onto the telephone telling me how much I matter - what a joke."
