"After two attempts, they sent the correct and new item. WI claim the parts come directly from Mercedes-Benz, but the 1st item was totally damaged. I doubt MBZ sending defective items (but mistakes happen). Anyway, I have recieved the correct (new) part finally. I have to admit, with my persistance, they changed their attitude and responded promptly to my complaints. Thank you."

"I have ordered from them twice, both times they sent me a part that was different than advertised on their website and I had to return it. Customer service is prompt and polite but incompetent and unfamiliar with their own merchandise. I had to explain the discrepancy between the part advertised on the website and the one I received as if he was a two year old and e-mail him pictures. He still didn't seem to understand but let me return the part. He sent me another one which he thought to be correct, it was wrong again. I will not be ordering from World IMPEX again."

"This site contains otherwise difficult to find Volkswagen and Audi parts. They have parts often not available through most online auto part vendors. I ordered parts late Wednesday evening and they shipped out first thing Monday morning. The parts were extremely well packaged. I was very satisfied and will probably order from them again."
