When I tried to return it, I received a report from a “David McGuigan” stating sorry your purchase didn’t meet your expectations but per our return policy we cannot issue a refund. "Purchased this at the end of March 2020 with it being shipped at the end of April. According to 17track the tracking number expired. And it still says it was “received” by UPS but hasn’t updated since May 7th. I’ve contacted them multiple times with little to zero response. Won’t issue a refund because the item shipped. They said for me to wait to receive the item and then return it for a refund. Here it is 4 months later and the item still isn’t here. Stay away from this website. They’re shady af. "

"I ordered a tc 5000D 5000 watt step up and down voltage transformer/regulator. It arrived after 5 days, when it arrived it was opened carefully, n when it was plugged in to the 110 socket with the back input switch on 110, it made a big bang n a flash. We called the support center and the woman had no idea how to guide us on the user instructions, as it comes with little or no clear user instructions.
On careful examination the device had clearly been dropped n had screws that had been seared off, n a large wire that should be soldered to a circit board was floating n not attached n the second wired is almost coming off.
After paying a hefty shipping bill, the woman at the service center tolf us to send it back. My problem is that we have paid $153.48 for this unit of junk n I m not happy to have to spend another $50 plus to send it back for repair. My advice is not to buy this chinese junk, ultimately you end up paying double when you have to buy a genuine unit."

"I ordered a Sony BluRay player with multi region and universal voltage.
It arrived promptly and works well for all regions of BluRay and any DVD zone.
I was initially worried that it was not universal voltage (marked as 110 V) but they assured me it was; and indeed it works fine here in NZ on 240V

"I wanted to purchase a pioneer dv-220v-k strictly for its ability to play/sing karaoke. This place had it advertised. When I received my order, it was not only the wrong player, but I could tell that the box had been opened before. I informed their customer service and the first thing they told me was that it was "OK", the player they sent me was an "updated" version. I said "BS", the player they sent me had no microphone inputs and was not for karaoke at all, that's why the box said dv-430v. There was no " k" for karaoke. They said OK , I could return it but I would have to pay for shipping. This retailer knowingly sends me an item I did not order, without asking me first, then expects me to pay to ship it back to them. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute."

"My experience was that they advertised a model of blue ray player they didn't have in stock. Once my order was placed they asked me to upgrade model and payment. About 30 days after the unit arrived I bought american region BR disk which wouldn't play with error wrong region. I called their support who talked me through reset procedure which I'd already done myself. They asked me to return unit at my expense. They found a fault and did replace the unit with a new one however would not return it until I pad shipping back. So Result was player cost me twice original estimate. Despite the fault they would not cover shipping. I will never use these people again and I recommend you don't use them. If they refund my postage I will withdraw this review."
