"I ordered a jacket on sale at 10pm. The order shipped the very next day in the morning already. Very fast. Then later a coupon came out which would've reduced the price even more. I emailed them if they could refund me the difference and I got an answer less than 20 Min. later saying that they will issue an immediate refund for the difference.
