"I needed to exchange 2 shirts. They want $25 plus you have to return via registered post with shirts in a box when they don't even deliver them to you in that way. All I wanted was to swap sizes but they make it extremely difficult for you to do so even telling you its not worth your while when you email to ask about swapping sizes. So they have made me keep the wrong shirts and I have had to buy new ones. It also took them 12 days to respond to my email asking for a return and that was only because I sent another asking if they were ever going to respond to me. Their excuse, they are under the pump. I am not sure they know how to run an online business is all. Will never purchase from again or recommend to any other business. Very un Australian in my opinion."
