I bought a product from this site in late November 2021. The product that I bought was significantly cheaper then anywhere else I searched so I decided to try out this company. However, during this time (and currently) there has been terrible supply chain issues. I knew that this would probably affect by order. My order was delayed several times, but I was assured by Chiz that when my order was shipped that I would be notified. She kept her promise and I received my product in perfect condition. She did a really good job at responding to my emails promptly and even called me back when they missed one of my calls. I am satisfied with the customer service that I received from WorkoutHealthy and would purchase from them again. I would also recommend them to any first time buyers from them."

"I ordered the BZ-Incite GS BLADEZ Fitness Incite GS Indoor Cycle on 11/21/2016 and received an email later that day informing me the bike was no longer available but that there was another model that was essentially identical; they asked I contact them. I initiated phone messages and emails as I could never get to talk to a live rep. No messages of either type were answered prior to today (11/28/16). After hanging up and refusing to leave another message today, I immediately called back and picked the option to make a purchase. I somehow magically got a rep immediately. I explained my predicament, asked to cancel the previous order which still shows up on my PayPal account and asked for an email confirmation. The rep acknowledged they had record of me contacting them previously and assured me I would get a cancel notice via email. It is now evening (made the call this morning) and my bill remains the same on PayPal and there is no email confirmation. They not only have done a poor job of customer service, but since I am moving in a few days, I will not be able to order another bike until after I have arrived at my new address. I really don't expect myself to do further transactions with this company. Very disappointed and concerned about the $500+ bill still sitting out there!!!!

"This company is extremely misleading, and has terrible customer service. I would not order anything through them, even if there prices are a bit lower than a competitor. They may not have in stock what they say they do, and who knows when they will tell you this, even after they've withdrawn the payment from your account. Don't expect any compensation for your troubles, and don't expect help from customer service. Terrible company!"
