"110% would recommend to anyone on the fence about trying Woozy Moo.
I recently had a very bad experience elsewhere online, so I was weary of using any figure-selling online shop with poor reviews. Woozy Moo didn't have any, so I checked the site for a while. I noticed that they updated it often when things went out of stock or when preorders ended. So someone MUST be paying attention and care about the customer's experience and the shop's integrity. It was a VERY good sign.
I ordered from what was in stock, the second it stopped being a preorder, and I got my items the next week (about 7-9 days). Items have authentic stickers, boxes are in great condition and unopened. The packaging for shipment was very safe. Products even happened to arrived with plastic slips over the boxes for protection as well. I have already placed a preorder with them for a future item, and I expect everything will go just as smoothly when I get that item.
Woozy Moo sends you email confirmations for purchase and then again for shipment, as well as a tracking number when your item is finally received on their end and being shipped out to you. Like I mentioned above, my item arrived on time, within 7-9 days. I could check shipping progress at any time via tracking number, and that was comforting.
Speaking as a collector, I hope they continue to stock SM merch; I would love to become a consistent shopper."
"I may be a little bias. I work at a non-profit, and my co-workers applied to one of their community grant, and we got it. I never heard of them, and being a toy collector, I was totally floored. I thought their mission was kind of cool with their proceeds going to scholarships and grants. I bought some rare Japanese toys from them on pre-order. Everything went great, and it was packaged very nicely. Arrived when it said it was going to arrive. I'm happy that I get my toy fix and the dollars I spend go to great causes.
