"If anyone is looking to buy, well, anything, NEVER EVER EVER use WoomDeal.com. Back at the very beginning of August I found the best deal on this gorgeous princess bed for Shelby. It took over a month to even SHIP, and when I tried to cancel it they claimed it had "already left the warehouse so they'd have to charge me a 33% restocking fee." 33 frickin percent! I said that was BS, started getting heated, and they said they'd give me a partial refund for the inconvenience once I received the bed. Fine. It gets here, I open the first box, and what do I see? The bed posts are cracked, scratched, dented, and RUSTED!! I've received NO response to the multitude of emails I've sent. STAY AWAY from Woomdeal!!!"

When first received shipping notification - was confusing due to measurements listed as 40x40 - and table is a lot larger..
Contacting customer service by e-mail - responded that their automated shipping info is not always correct.
I would order again, if I find what I was looking for, Same merchandise - lot more money on other sites. My 4 month searching activities was well worth the money I saved...and FREE shipping on top of that. My fist time dealing with this company, Had never heard of them before. "Item arrived damaged and after refusing to keep for a significant discount they are unresponsive. Won't answer calls, online chat, or e-mail. Sometimes the cheap prices aren't worth the risk. Pay a little more and save yourself the hassle. This place doesn't make enough money to afford good customer service and are not able to cover damages."

"I purchased a recliner from Woomdeal because they had the lowest price and free shipping. My local DeMeyer Furniture, who I have been a long time customer and two weeks before just bought a whole livening room set from, could not price match the recliner to the penny and would have charged me to deliver so I decided to give Woomdeal a shot. After my purchase on line, Woomdeal disclaimer says it would ship out in 3-5 business days and I would receive an email with shipping status. After 3 days not seeing anything from Woomdeal I chatted on line with Woomdeal and to my surprise they did not have the recliner in stock and told me would send me an email once it ship. Woomdeal told me I could cancel my order if it was a problem but decided to press on with them because I was not going back to DeMeyer Furniture. I placed my order on Dec 28 and received to my door step on Jan 20 in perfect condition. The only thing if ordering from Woomdeal is make sure you have plenty of time in advance before ordering because from reading other reviews, it will take some time to get your purchase. I would also like to see Woomdeal reach out to there customers first. I do not think it is the customers job to sit around and try and figure what happen to their purchase but maybe that is how they do business."

"I placed an online order with Woomdeal on 11/28/2014. Their terms stated that the order would be shipped in 5-6 business days or if the order was backordered, I would be notified by e-mail. I never received any notification that the order was backordered so I contacted Woomdeal via e-mail. After several e-mails, I requested that my order be cancled due to Woomdeal would not guarantee that it would arrive in time for Christmas. They ignored my request for 3 days before responding that the order had been shipped. The order arrived in time. I would never order from Woomdeal again due to the lack of customer relations. Woomdeal did not follow their own terms of service."

"At first I was weary because I have had some bad experiences with shady furniture companies (namely out of San Diego). However Woomdeal is legit. Ordered 4 steel dining room chairs and they arrived by A&M Trucking (freight due to size and weight) in a little over about two weeks (Brooklyn to Pittsburgh...delay due to Thanksgiving holiday and also because nearest A&M Trucking warehouse is based out of Columbus so they only deliver in Pittsburgh once a week...used them before for a couch, wasn't concerned at all). Box had a reinforced crush-resistant outer plastic shell. Furniture was spotless and scratchless. I look forward to buying furniture from Woomdeal, particularly to furnish our new cabin, in the future."
