"Purchased a "driveway patrol sensor" over a month ago and have still not received order. No indication on the "status order page" if the item is back ordered, discontinued or has been shipped. When I called customer service, I was told the item will be shipped within a couple of days. Don't believe their web page that states: "All orders ships within 1 business day""

"Horrible. Avoid this company.

Order placed May 3, 2006. Called May 12 to inquire about order status. They lied and said the product shipped May 12, and I was assured to receive a tracking number by May 15. Still no tracking #, and today they said it hadn't really shipped, but assured it would ship by May 19. Customer service is overseas (sounds like India). They refuse to give a telephone number in the North American continent.

"I bought a Bun and Thigh Roller. I got a Balance Body, a cheap imitation. I tried to assemble it, it was missing parts. I was gonna go to the hardware store and buy the parts but when I tried putting the handlebar into the proper slot, the slot was so dented in, there was no way to get it to work. I emailed them several times, no response. I called their customer service number and was told to email them (nice). I called their order line and sat on hold for 15 minutes. Do they even HAVE customer service? I just filed a complaint with the BBB."

"I ordered 2 Ceramic Pro hair straighteners from this website on January 2/06 and chose EXP shipping charges at $12.72 extra. They were supposed to be shipped within 2-3 days. Never heard from them again. Got a phone call this morning, almost 2 months later saying they do not accept American Express, only Visa and Mastercard. Obviously this is something new, they still have the American Express logo on their website and obviously it was a choice of payment upon my checkout. Hmmm, a stranger calling me up on the phone asking me for my Visa or Mastercard info? Something fishy going on here. Told them I wasn't interested. After reading the previous reviews on here, I am happy I never had anymore dealings with them."

"Ordered items for Christmas 2005, still haven't received the complete order, it is now Feb 2005. Takes forever trying to get feedback from Company. Very unhappy with the services. I will never ever use this store again to order anything. Their customer service levels are very poor if you have to get any feedback from them."

"This is hands down the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Their communication is nonexistent. They lie when I call to check on my order - their "systems are down" every other day and they cannot give you any info. Even using "customer service" via e-mail gets no response. Don't waste your time or money trying to deal with these people. They should rename their company "nightmarebuys.com". "

"I ordered a Bun and Thigh Roller Deluxe from Wonderfulbuys.com on August 18, 2004. It finally arrived on October 24, after repeated phone calls to the company and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When it arrived it had no invoice, had another product in the box as well and was missing the instructional video. Every time I called the company I got a different excuse for why it hadn't arrived and an assurance that "it has shipped and will be there early next week." My credit card was charged on September 13, and through out this process the company made no effort to contact me or let me know what had/has been going on. Do not waste your time with this company. "

"I was sent the wrong item, and charged the wrong amount. When I sent the item back it took 3 phone calls to find out why they had not sent me the replacement, it was because it was out of stock. Every time I called I got a different story, so I finally canceled my order and got 2-day free shipping on the same item, and the invoice total was $8 more. The item was $50 cheaper than anyone else, but the shipping was $42. I don't think I have had such a bad experience from any online purchase I have made."
