"i used to think this site was pretty good - good range (although a real PAIN to find things!) & reasonable value but that all went out the window when their books (despite being listed 'very good' or 'like new') started arriving looking totally trashed!!
insult to injury, the last order i placed with them THEY cancelled my order 2 days later stating "we do not feel that the condition of the books align with the condition you tend to look for" (actually what i LOOK FOR, is simply something that fits the condition they themselves state in their book standards - in other words, if something is 'like new', it LOOKS 'like new'!!!).
first time i've actually had a company attempt to make it SOUND like the issue is me & MY standards rather than their being able to meet THEIR OWN.
this is lower-than-low & a shameful attempt to shift blame rather than re-evaluate the standards they list books in!
i would any & all to stay away as their conduct is not only unethical, it's dishonest & fraudulent!
shameful...but then companies like this, will shoot themselves in the foot in time with lost business - especially when so many other sites CAN provide what they advertise."

"Had a horrible experience with their customer service regarding a comic book that was not clearly marked as being a comic book.
The comic book appeared in a regular search for graphic novels with soft covers.
The customer service was snooty, unhelpful, and did not try in anyway to understand the customer's perspective.
I will never order another "book" from Wonder Book. "
"I ordered an art book through Barnes and Noble from Wonder Book. The price was extremely low--$11.50 (new) for a book that others list as minimum 3 times the price (used), with many selling in the 3 figures (you know how it is when art books go OOP). Received an email on 2/1 saying book is "on the way". Received another email today (2/6) informing me that "Unfortunately...is not available for shipment." The time to price-check a book is BEFORE you list it for sale."
