"Purchased an item for a gift, the event was a week away, we called to ask when, if ordered today, the item would ship. We were told ten days. We went ahead and ordered even though the gift would not get to us in time. we got a confirmation email saying the order was processing the same day, then we heard nothing. On May 29 (thats 21 days later folks), I emailed them and cancelled our order.
We did get a full refund (they did CHARGE my card right away) but even that took 3 days to go through. I am not impressed at all, and would never order from them again."
