Some good products, but horrible customer service.

"Wolverine may make boots well, but their line of clothing lacks good standards of quality control. All I wanted to do was buy a T-shirt in an advertised color, 'dark bison'. Their ad depicted a rich earthy brown t-shirt tinged slightly towards yellow. But the t-shirt I received was a deep dark brown, almost black. So I wrote an email to Wolverine explaining that the T-shirt they sent was the wrong color. I included 2 photos in my email, one of the advertised shirt and one of the shirt that was sent. Wolverine's reply was to claim that I must have received the black version of this T-shirt. Nope. I rechecked label on the T-shirt and it read 'dark bison', not any kind of black. So I wrote back to Wolverine, explaining that there existed two very different colors of the 'dark bison' T-shirt. I wanted to purchase the lighter brown version as depicted in the ad, not the blackish version as was sent. So I requested that someone at Wolverine actually check their shelves for the correctly colored T-shirt. Wolverine's reply was a non sequitur. I was told only that the t-shirt for still up for sale on their web site! They did not do any shelf check of this item for proper color. They did not acknowledge any problem that their company had issued two very different colors of 'dark bison'. So I send them a third email. Please check your shelves! Does the color of the t-shirt on the shelves match the photo advertisement or not? Several days pass, and I still have not heard back from Wolverine. So I call them on the telephone. They still will not acknowledge any color problem. But I am told they will email me. They say they will check their shelves for the correct color. But I have not received any email reply from them yet. And my business with them appears to be dead. My conclusions: Extremely poor customer service from Wolverine. And way too much trouble for me to get a correctly colored t-shirt. "
