"I ordered something for a Christmas gift, but instead of paying the ridiculous amount of shipping fees to get it there by Christmas, I was okay with the shipping date being between December 26th and December 31st thinking it would be more of a New Year's present then. When I checked the tracking of the order on January 2nd because my friend had not received it yet, it said the package hadn't even been shipped yet. So I called and the woman on the phone did not apologize or explain what happened, she just said she will expedite the shipping and re-ship it out. And they should receive it on the 5th. I got an email on the 5th that said due to unforeseen events the shipping is being delayed. It is now the 7th and my friend still has not received the package. This is completely unacceptable! I will never shop with them again!"
