"I recently ordered a desk and the glass was broken in shipping. Obviously dissapointing to open an item and see that you can not use it right away. Contacted customer service and they were very quick to rectify the situation. By the end of the day they had already provided me with tracking information for the replacement. All in all Wishack kept me posted about any information I may need throughout the whole process and shipping of both the initial item and the replacement were effiecient!"

"Be very aware that their return policy reveals no bounds of cost you have to pay to RETURN an item. You may be on the hook for very large return shipping costs through their carrier FedEx if the item is heavy. I had to pay over $90 to return an item I paid $225 for. Customer Support simply said "our policy states you pay the return shipping", well, it should say they have a blank check when it comes to return shipping. Not very honest."

"I recently purchased a bed from Wishack, it arrived about 5 days after I ordered it. All going well until I found it was missing a screw. I contacted the company and they had replacements sent out right away. I was very impressed with their customer service and would buy from them again."

"While initially impressed with the company, the experience went steeply south when they wouldn't take responsibility for a defective and unusable product. I ordered queen size bed slats. They were about 2 inches shy of being long enough and fell right through the bedframe. I sent pictures as requested. They said it wasn't their fault, but if I wanted to ship them back AT MY OWN EXPENSE, they'd replace them. It is cost-prohibitive to ship so much wood back. $135 down the drain!"

"My cabinet was delivered quickly (considering how far it came from) and in good condition! Assembly was uncomplicated but final product was sturdy. Very please with my shopping experience, however, I will be sure to leave special instructions for the UPS delivery next time. My package was left OUTSIDE my house when an enclosed vestibule is obviously visible and unlocked from the front door..."
