Going the extra mile

"Fedex managed to NOT deliver the cable. I asked "when do I get it". Fedex said "you got it". Amazon contacted the seller who took it up with Fedex. After a go round with Fedex, the seller told me he'd send me another cable and continue the argument with Fedex. I got the replacement in 3 days. It don't get no better than that if you have to put up with sloppy shipping services like Fedex and UPS, the latter of which managed to lose my new glasses for 3 weeks. Instead of putting the packages on the side porch, behind the door or wall, they put them in plain sight on the front porch of a major road, visible from the street. I'm very thankful that I got a conscientious supplier."
