"Wished I had seen these reviews before ordering. Was looking for a cell phone batter. My OEM battery has developed a bulge. They had a good price, so I called before ordering to confirm they had OEM batteries in stock. Was told they did, so I ordered two just so I could have a spare.
Shipping was acceptable, but the batteries themselves are not. Holding them side by side with my (genuine) OEM battery I can tell they are different, and appear to be rebranded aftermarket batteries. On top of that, NEITHER of them will take a charge. My OEM battery that is bulging takes a better charge. The one won't charge past 14% and the other 8%.
Buy somewhere else. Don't even bother."

(a) iphone 5 battery - emailed before ordering - they said it was OEM; just got around to putting this in - iphone just did not work despite overnight charging; put old battery back and it works fine - JUNK product - too late to return since it is way past 30 days.
(b) iphone5 charging cable - just did not work - not worth returning since they charge $3.95 extra + my shipping cost.

" I ordered my phone the day before I ordered my case. Phone is here, case still hasn't shipped. There was no indication on the website that it was back ordered.
I called customer service only to get a prerecorded message that they couldn't take my call, so left my name and number. I noticed also that while they were very prompt in charging my card for the case, my order cannot be cancelled. How convenient!
I won't be using this company again."
"I ordered Motorola RAZR replacement battery. The price was was high but they were offering a new OEM replacement. The battery was bad. It would not charge past 40%.
I explained this to them in an email further explaining that I re-installed the old battery and everything worked like before.
Their first response was to ask if I had used a certified technician. I explained that I was qualified to do the replacement and that I would not need them if I was going to hire someone to do the work. Their second response was to send me some fine print: "We recommend an authorized repair center completes the installation, the battery is an internal type. We do not provide any installation assistance, warranty, or accept returns on this item. Before installation, please consult with your device's manufacturer in regards to any issues related to the warranty of the device."
That's it, a flat refusal to send a replacement or to refund the $69.95.
Of course no one ever answers the advertised number."
"I ordered a Motorola HF5X battery for my Electrify phone. The battery says MOTOROLA right on it and looks exactly like my old one. I placed the new battery in the phone and a message popped up that it was not a Motorola battery and would not be able to charge. I am trying to get my money back, but they have not responded yet. Is this customer fraud?"
"Ordered a car charger for my IPhone 3gs and they sent me a charger for and IPhone 5.
I called when I received it and explained the issue. They said they would send me the correct charger for the 3gs and a return envelope for the incorrect order for return. That was done and the new product is being shipped as we speak. Happy with the results and will use them again. "
"DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE... I bought an extended battery for my phone. The supplied battery door failed very quickly, and since WG doesn't offer the battery door by itself I bought a second battery just for the door. That door failed as well, so I asked WG to send me a replacement door at my expense. They waived the shipping and sent it out. That door also failed. I called WG, got them to send me another door (I paid for shipping), and that door arrived broken, about two weeks after they allegedly shipped it. I now have a pile of defective, useless garbage, for which I paid around 90.00. Thanks Wireless Ground!"
"The product i ordered was Samsung 3.5mm EHS64 Stereo Headset with Remote and Mic - White Original OEM EHS64AVFWE, and btw they are not at all original. they are fake no matter, what they say, youtube video, description of product all lies. i can prove it as i have ordered 3 of these earphones and they sound nothing a like to the real ones that came straight out the box with my S3. recently my brother had got an S3 too and guess what, his earphones sound exactly like mine. so much better than these fake pieces of crap. honestly if anyone see's this, they are not worth their money. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS SITE.
