I also think that the return policy should have been made clear before the purchase and not after it. I think I am going to like the product, however, some of the negatives should have been spelled out beforehand, e.g the pet might develop skin issues. Installation is also a bit more complicated than what it says. There is much more to it than just simply to plug it in and off you go."
