"Ordered an SSD that was listed as a drop-ship from the manufacturer. That's fine, I thought -- no problem.
Wiredzone sent an email saying that it was actually back-ordered and would not ship for 4-6 weeks. That wasn't good news, but I accepted it.
A month later, Wiredzone said that the part was now available. Great! But, Wiredzone said that the price had gone up from the amount I'd paid and agreed to: from $163 to $217. I was put in the lose-lose position of either accepting the increase, or being forced to order something elsewhere, potentially waiting another month.
There had been no previous indication that the advertised, and agreed-to, amount might arbitrarily go up. As a consumer, I do not find this acceptable. It was too similar to bait-and-switch scam for me.
Be very careful when ordering from this vendor, and expect that the advertised price may be intentionally inaccurate."
"Ordered an item that said "In stock" on their site. 5 days later they say they are ready to ship. 2 days later they cancel the order because they can't get the item. Why did their site say "In stock" then? And why did it take 8 days to finally tell me they can't get it. Very poor service and communication. "

"Placed an order with a different billing address than shipping. Once order hit the invoice stage my shipping address was the same as my billing. After emailing them to alert them, the invoice page updated but then my order wouldnt process due to address verification. called credit card multiple times as instructed. Still didnt work. THen when they finally pushed my order through 13 days after ordering they tried to dropship my item to a mixture of my billing and shipping. Had to call to sort it out."
