"I placed an order over a week ago, and immediately asked when it would ship. I was told that they asked the warehouse and would update me when they knew. Fast forward a week and still no wire, no update so I called. They had me on hold for 15 minutes. The recording kept saying I was caller #1 in the que. No one ever answered so it made me leave a message. I also emailed them asking for an update. I just tried to call again and now it just rings and never answers. Find a different company if you need wire anytime soon."

"I've dealt with this company a few times over the last four years and they are 1 for 3. In my last two orders were simple and they managed to screw up in that half of my order arrived, i.e., I order 4 cables and only two of those cables arrived. You can send an email and you may get a response. But it requires that you call. Customer service will work to get you the missing cables BUT you need to wait for them to ship out.
I don't think I will do business with this company again. "

"Very disappointed! I ordered a 1,000 foot spool of #2 gauge wire. We measured before installing and it was only 920 ft. Pretty obvious this spool had been cut from and someone in the warehouse assumed it hadn't and sent it out. I had no choice but to install because we have a deadline and could not wait on a new shipment. Ditches were dug, panels were installed. We had to move the panels to less than ideal locations. When I called customer service they put me on hold several times and then said, "there is nothing we can do". I can understand 10 to 15ft. off but 80ft. is unacceptable and then to not to offer anything. We are a small non-profit, this hurt bad."
