"It was a great experience in the salon with my girls. However, I felt a bit mislead when I walked in to make the appointment and the associate and I talked about the "customized measurements". She made it seem that all alterations would be covered. I asked for her to clarify and she told me exactly that. When I went in to pick my dress, I absolutely fell in love with it. It was then that I was told that my "customized measurements" were to my exact shape at the time I was trying on..and it was not covered for any additional measurements if I gained or lost weight. Having this in mind, I was already in love with the dress that I just did it. I am super excited for my dress, but I don't think I was given the correct information until AFTER I had fallen in love with the dress (which is not a very nice sales tactic to do)."
