"terrible fitment, doesn’t line up"

"Wings west was hard to deal with from day one. They offer wholesale pricing at full price, they then ignore emails, you have to write 4 to 5 times before you get an answer. I get to a point I need to make an order for a customer, 3 weeks later, still not shipped, and arguing for addresses? He wants me to change the ship to business name because it's not the name on google business, it has no relation and it just makes no sense. He keeps arguing with me, ending up telling me either I tell him it's ok to ship to a different company name or he will refund, so hes forcing me to lie and give him bad information. Not impressed. 3 weeks later, bought same product from a different company and ended up pay $2 less then my "wholesale" pricing delivered to my door without a hitch!"
