Some times you will go a few weeks before you find a wine that appeals to you. When you do, WTSO is outstanding. BTW, they do not have 'plonk only'. From WTSO I have bought numerous Barolo, Bordeaux, Toscana, Dao, Duoro, N and S Rhone. I have even bought Chateau d'Yquem from WTSO at about half what I would pay in a store. Best bargains seem to be on Italian and Rhone reds. Mostly due to WTSO I have had to expand my wine rack from 18 bottles capacity to 216!"

Woot.wine is horrible, they sometimes have good selections (save for Wine Smith who's a crook), but they take a minimum of 3 weeks to even attend to your order, you're lucky to get your wine within a month. WTSO *always* gets my wine to me, delivered in 3 days or less.

"WTSO is a convenient way to shop wines if you don't have a full compliment wine store near your home. The biggest issue I have is the very inflated "Original" price and the very frequent "NA" on the "Yesterdays Best web price". The savings they claim come off of the Original price which is completely inflated. Use Vivino snap a picture of the label and the REAL price will be shown. More times than not it is the same if not better than WTSO price. Bottom line is don't be fooled by the hype of Big Savings?
Example: one of todays "deals" advertised Original price $35, Yesterdays Web Price - N/A Cost $14.99. Vivino app has the wines average price at $15.
Bottom line is WTSO is a convenience only tool not a great savings tool!"
"I ordered two very expensive ($100) bottles of wine from WTSO, and they charged me for two. So far so good. When the shipment arrived, there were three bottles in the box. Being an honest guy, I contacted them requesting a return authorization form to send the extra bottle back. They told me to keep it, it was "on them". Are you kidding me? Now that's customer service! I was a big fan even before this event. It's a great way to get top-notch wines at a significant discount. Keep up the great work!"
"I have had spectacular results with WTSO. The site offers unique wines that would not be found in any other market, at very reasonable prices. The service has also been of the highest caliber: they correct their mistakes easily, and since I live in Arizona, they will hold wines ordered in the summer, and deliver in the fall, so the wines will not sit in a hot truck.

"Winestilsoldout.com offered for sale 2001 Castello di Fonterutoli Siepi for about $60 a bottle. I received the Chinati from the same producer. Winestilsoldout shipped a totally different wine. Baited me with a very nice wine and switched with a lower wine. I have done business with winestilsoldout numerous times without any issues. My emails have gone unanswered and their voice mail box is full. While I am very disappointed in not receiving the wine that I ordered, their failure to resolve is even more troubling. I have turned numerous people onto these guys so this episode will cost them many customers
