"The "will ship by" dates listed on the website cannot be trusted. On 6/13/2014 I ordered two different bottles of cognac, and both were listed with ship dates of 6/17-6/18. After not hearing from them, I contacted them on 6/24. They responded on 6/25 that it would ship today. Only one item shipped yet they charged my credit card for both items. When I contacted them again on 7/02, they said the other item was back ordered and "may take another week or more". Yet the whole time the "will ship" dates shown were less than 5 days out. I ended up cancelling the second item requiring a refund since they already charged me for it. At no point did they contact me to say the order was delayed (I had to ask them for info), and the online "will ship by" dates never indicated they were out of stock or back ordered. They simply cannot be trusted."
