"It was not the smoothest to understand all the cabinet measurements are. why I need to have a filler piece when putting a cabinet next to a pantry. 3/16 space between the cabinet door and end of the cabinet means a filler must be used when against a refrigerator or pantry. detracts from the cabinets and makes installation more complex. The trash insert is very expensive. I am old school and actually talking to a person at Willow Lane proved frustrating. I visited the show room with an appointment and it was awkward like I was a walk in. Then when my cart didn't match my understanding of the design it was not easy to know how to talk to my designer.... Hopefully the cabinets match expectations as I feel like I am buying a car I haven't actually seen with this complete on line process"
“We know there are a lot of things to think about with a remodel and a new kitchen design! If there needs to be a space, it's just to make sure that cabinet doors are able to fully open and function properly :) Sometimes, it's necessary to leave those spaces for certain cabinets (like deeper pantry cabinets installed next to shallower cabinets).
