Save your money!

"We had some delays with getting our cabinets installed, so we missed the one week warranty. We discovered that none of the doors lined up, even after adjusting them. The cabinet above the microwave was built crooked, so despite our microwave being leveled, the cabinet makes it appear crooked. Also screws are missing. But, since we are past the one week, Willow Lane says it is not their problem. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Also, the stain/paint job on the cabinets looks like it was hapharazardly thrown on. "

Terrible Quality of Cabinets

"All cabinets came with paint flaws/chips/scratches and more. Each time they sent new cabinets out, they also came with flaws/chips/scratches and more. Absolutely poor workmanship. Second time they sent out replacement cabinets, they forgot to send molding and edging. Third time they sent out cabinet, they only sent the box, no door or shelving. Fourth time, the cabinet door still had a crack in the door. Customer Service initially was helpful then as this continued on for three months, they were not helpful at all. Would not recommend them at all. Also, their shipping is terrible. They just put the cabinets in a box (not wrapped in plastic or anything) and stack them on top of each other so some of the cabinets were broken since the manufacturer stacked them wrong. Complete disaster ordering through them."

We worked with the manufacturer to get your replacements out as quickly as possible and really apologize for the missing items and any other items damaged in transit. We completely understand your frustrating as this is not the high level of service that we strive for and promise our customers. We have taken your feedback and are working with our shippers and manufacturer to make sure something like this won't happen again. Terrible customer support

"My order arrrived missing pieces, with cabinets with the wrong door styles and cabinets missing doors. It has been over two weeks since the claims department was notified and I still don’t have an answer other than they “cannot guarantee that the warehouse will honor the missing items.” I the mean time, I have no kitchen. "
