Website is glitchy

"Slow in IE and safari, crashed once in IE, and when I accidentally had 2 of the same item in my cart, I pressed the “-“ button, and it actually added another unit. Had to remove the whole item from cart and add it back again. "

It was great, but is going south.....

"My designer was great to work with. I told her my requirements and she worked to find cabinets that met my criteria and endures numerous design reviews, changes, tweaks, questions, etc. She put the order together for me and even handled changes after the order was initially placed. Five stars there.... I ordered my cabinets the end of May, figuring I'd have plenty of time to get them installed before my installer switched to his seasonal job. On July 4, I got the notice that they shipped. The freight forwarder called me on the 12th, saying delivery would be on the 20th. I wasn't exactly happy with the fact that the freight forwarder held them for a week, but they only come into my neck of the woods once a week. Once I knew the cabinets were on their way, I began tear down of the existing kitchen. We had backerboard and new electric to install and figured we'd get a jump on it so that the cabinets didn't have to sit outside (carport, for lack of a better description) for very long. The cabinets were delivered as promised. Upon reviewing the order, the corner (read: starting point) cabinet was mis-ordered. Shared blame on that one; the designer put the wrong cabinet on the order and I didn't catch it. Four cabinets that were supposed to be prepped for glass doors were not (they were correct on the order, the mfg screwed up). I contacted the company and within 24 hours (July 25) the replacements were ordered. Five stars there as well. No complaints yet..... Well, it's August 10th and one cabinet is "expected" to ship late next week. So that will be another 2 weeks or more before it gets to me. (BTW - the "expected" ship date of the original order was not met either.) No word on the prepped for glass cabinets yet. Nearly 3 months since I ordered and paid for them. The delivered wall cabinets have been sitting in the middle of my living room for 3 weeks. The base cabinets have been sitting in the carport for that long. And it's hurricane season, and normal weather is 80-90 percent humidity..... Everything that belongs in my kitchen cabinets is scattered in boxes and totes in my guest bedroom, dining room and living room. I don't know if it was made clear to the factory that a "rush" was requested on these replacements, but it now certainly seems that the attitude is "you'll get them when you get them". However, to be fair, I do want to note that I was told that I did not have to return the incorrect cabinets. Still don't know where I'm going to put them. I honestly can't give more than one star for anything that has happened since the reorder went in."
