"Ordered and received a cat "fun house". While attempting to "close" it the second time we heard a "snap" and found a clip or some retaining device had failed. We were leaving for an RV trip on the 1st of Oct and needed a replacement. After contact they immediately shipped a new one! No questions asked. We did send them pictures of the failed unit. You can't ask for better service. Highly recommend. "
