I asked for a replacement, and they told me I had to pay another $105 to get what I ordered! The most they will refund is 20% of what I paid. IT'S A RIPOFF!!!!"

"This company is scam. Ordered a grey wig for $200 for my elderly mother who had to have her head shaved after a long illness. They sent a ridiculous platinum blonde wig instead, and refuse to take it back. They told me they were sure it would look great on me and I should keep it for a "new mode." "Thank goodness for PayPal's refund system. Avoid this company by all costs. As previous reviewers have posted, they advertise real human hair wigs, show a beautiful picture on their website, and then bait and switch with a cheap nylon wig that would only be fit for Anime costuming. Then they say they don't allow returns. PayPal gave them short shrift and refunded my payment very promptly once they saw my photos and the emails from the seller. Wigsdo sent me 5 emails, each getting a little more impatient and trying to intimidate. Do not buy from them; dishonest and substandard."
"What everyone says is true. They take pictures of real wigs on the internet and try to replicate it cheaply for triple the price you would have been able to pay had you gone to a wig shop and purchased the the real thing. Even their synthetic wigs are made from some cheap plastic that looks more like curly confetti than actual hair. It is the creepiest material I have ever seen. Any 5 star reviews are obviously people from China reviewing the product to drive traffic to their site. They have a UK storefront on the website but the wigs ship from China. China has 2 billion people so they can obviously get a sizable amount of people to lie about the product and give 5 star reviews. Please don’t be as naive as I was. I really want to save other customers from this scam and put them out of business. So far been fighting them for a refund."

"I purchased a wig from WIGSDO.com that was shown as a specific style, colour, length and human hair. I received a shapeless, too long wig made of synthetic. I immediately contacted the seller and said
I was sending the wig back for a full refund. After 23 emails with the seller refusing to pay, looking to delay until I finally go away and offering a fraction of the total paid $171USD, I reluctantly accepted 30CAD as compensation. I lost over $140 in the transaction. I was so angry by the obvious scam that I thought to best just accept what they offered so I could put an end to it. If not I'm sure they would still be sending emails refusing to pay. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY and DO NOT EVER buy from these scammers."

"This company is a scam.They do not send any product and will so far as to eventually tell you it's been sent and will give you a tracking number that does not relate to any shipped package. I have had to ask my credit card company to investigate as fraud and also had to file with the post office as possible mail fraud.
They register a package with the USPS but never send it. So you get a tracking number that, on the USPS site, continuously shows that the package is on it's way from a private party to the USPS."
