"Ordered an IPhone screen, took six weeks to arrive, sent numerous emails and left several voice mails with this company that they never responded to asking them at first where the order was and then later to cancel the order and issue a refund. I have already order, received, and installed the screen for my customer via another part through a different company. Yet due to WickedTronics incompetence they still shipped the part after 6 weeks, many emails, and many voice mails later. I have sent the part back to WickedTronics as per their no questions asked return policy. The item was unopened, marked return to sender, and have not received any communication as far as if the return was received or when my refund will be issued. I have also filed with the BBB in Florida and they aren't responding to them either. Buyer beware this company is will jerk you around long enough that their BuySafe seal is invalid, it is only 30 days from the purchase date.
Two weeks after my purchase I received an automated email with tracking that the USPS site said electronic shipping info received, after two weeks of it not reaching the post office I contacted BuySafe only to be informed of the 30 days from date of purchase policy.

"Placed order on 5/27/2014, was charged the $74 and paid it. Received an email with order number and USPS tracking number and never received order. The tracking number still shows order has not been picked up. Made at least 5 calls to, 5 emails to and 2 info requests through their website to see what is going on. NO RESPONSE - its 6/16/2014 now. Say good by to your money if you order here!! Its called theft."

"So I had a broken back camera for an iPhone 4S. The flash was not working. After researching I found wickedtronics and they told me a needed a new rear camera. I purchased the item and had it with 4 days. Installation was pretty easy. It took me about 15 minutes & I was back up and running!!!"

"I purchase from wickedtronics.com quite often for my business, and I can honestly say I am satisfied with their service.
I have made about 30 orders, and only once did I have an issue with shipping. The issue was resolved quickly.
I usually contact them via e-amil, and receive a response the same day. Overall, I have no complaints!!

"I ordered a part from this site. It looked professional, free shipping, good prices & the BUYSAFE guarantee included from BUYSAFE.COM. I was sold. I received my guarantee confirmation from BUYSAFE right away but nothing from WICKEDTRONICS. I emailed and received a response on the 28th with a tracking number. I figured "ok", there was just a missed notification. I needed another part & placed a 2nd order & got a confirmation with a 2nd tracking number. I watched these tracking numbers for days with no progress other than the fact the generated them. I emailed, no response. I called, they don't answer & voicemail is ignored. I emailed again threatening to call the credit card & contact buysafe, no response. By a week later, I called my card & then notified BUYSAFE. I received a response in 5 minutes with apologies & then expressed my anger & discontent. I chose a full refund through BUYSAFE as a resolution. They offered me 20% back plus expedited shipping or a full refund. Again, I chose refund. I explained that I could accept an error made on my first order, but both orders?? 4 more days passed & I made 2 more communications through BUYSAFE. They finally answer with my items have been shipped & will arrive the next day. I exploded and demanded a refund and told them I got my parts elsewhere & would refuse them. They apologized and told me when I receive the packages, I could email them for a return label - Yeah, Right!! I reiterated that I would simply refuse the packages which I did and sent them back. I then notified them the next day of the refusal & return. It took 2 more days to finally get my refund. I gave 2 stars for that. I would have to say that if it were 1 order that had a problem, they might deserve the benefit of the doubt. But same situation on two separate orders is a big red flag. These guys are unreliable, even with their BUYSAFE guarantee. If you decide to order from them, I hope you have a better experience. As for me, I'm done!"
