"Hi---I ordered a bulk case of bouncy balls. I would of ordered more case's, however the per case cost of shipping goes up with each additional case ordered. That does not make any sense. I would be happy to get an e-mail explaining way this is. I bet it costs you a number of lost sales, or perhaps multiple orders when one order would do.
