"This company is a scam at best. Take your money online and will respond they have canceled the order and giving a full refund. They knew I started a claim on PayPal. They never had the 54 inch easels from the start. There is a shortage of course and they most likely knew this and if is wasn't for PayPal I would have no course of action. Tied money up until case can be settled by PayPal. What a waste of my time but never let thieves get away with anything. If you pay with a debit card you could be sol. Should have called them before ordering anything. Not sure if PayPal can resolve this issue yet. Will be writing a final review."
"Ordered it at the moment, and it arrived in a flash! For the price, this is an excellent product. It's a little crooked from the box, but I think I can straighten it up and have it sit level. The finish is a touch splotchy, but it's still a fantastic product for a project. The carriage was lovely. I am really pleased. The speed with which customer service was provided was outstanding. I have since needed a few more items from my original order and all three of my orders were flawless. One item was backordered for a few days but it arrived shortly after. They were a huge help for me opening my business."

"I so very wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from this site. I ordered a fake potted tree and got a confirmation saying the order would be shipped in 3-5 business days. After about 3 weeks and no confirmation, I reached out only for Brad to tell me that it was on backorder and wouldn't be here for another month and a half. Thanks for not letting me know--but whatever, I'll wait. Then, a few days later, he tells me that actually it's on backorder to arrive December, a full 8 MONTHS after I ordered. What kind of manufacturers are you working with?? So unprofessional. The best he offered was a measly 15% discount on a tree that was 1 foot taller and for some reason $150 more expensive than the one I ordered. No attempt to repair the massive mistakes they'd made, or offer me a worthwhile deal, just all around unprofessional behavior and a system designed to hold your money hostage for months. I've never encountered something like this, not even with those sketchy companies based in China. "

I never got a tracking number (no big deal) but the problem was I emailed them and asked for one... it took 3 days to get a response and the email was extremely unprofessional (thanks brad) after receiving only half my order I noticed that half was wrong.... when I tried to call no one answered.... terrible place I never plan to use them again...
