When I contacted the company regarding their error, they did not hesitate to resolve the issue. They provided me with options which included refunding my money back. Instead of getting a refund, I asked if they could send me the correct size. They honored my request with no hesitation, all free of charge. I normally don't give second chances but since they were willing to do whatever. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and referring others to their website! "
"I have ordered 4 times from Wholesalefash so far and all 4 times I've had great experiences with them. One small complaint I did have is about receiving 2 damaged items in my second order. But Jamie was very good about helping me out by sending me replacements right away! Also, jsut about everything I have ordered from them has sold in decent time. I took a risk and bought some jackets earlier on so I've still got some left over, but I'm sure when the weather cools down here they will fly out. They have some really cute items and I'm always looking forward to their new stuff. Will continue buying form Wholesalefash and highly recommend them to anyone on the fringe."
"I've been buying from wholesalefash for my boutique for over 5 years! The clothes are excellent quality, not designer clothes obviously considering they are super affordable, but they are great comparing to other L.A. clothing wholesalers. Styles are always trendy and unique. My customers love the clothes I get from the site and many items sell really well. My favorite thing about the site is you can pick your own sizes since everything is open stock. Most of my customers wear small, I always get stuck with size large from other wholesalers, problem solved! Shipping is usually pretty fast too, takes less than a week to get to the east coast from their west coast warehouse. I will continue to buy from wholesalefash for my store."
"Do not use them. They are way over priced and tell you that you have room for a 3-500 % markup but you can see by their sister site www.1015store.com that they are selling the same products for only 2 dollars more of the "wholesale" price and that is much more than what the items are worth. Even if you did somehow manage to get someone to pay a price enough for you to make any type of profit, it would quickly be returned and disputed when the costumer got the item and realized they paid 10X the amount for clothing that is below China quality. The sizes are an absolute joke. They are very tall kids' sizes. I am a size 8 and can't even begin to fit into the "large" size items yet even if I could half the garment would be dragging across the floor. (I am a standard 5'5'', but you would need to be at least 5'11" for their full length items not to drag the floor.) The large size is a size 4 at best. A 6 would be a very tight fit. Not to mention the quality is very poor. I then went back to ordering from China which is sadly much better quality and a cheaper price. Even China uses higher quality material. At least with Asian sizing I know just to go one size up to translate to US size, but wholesalefash.com clothing won't fit any adult women. I ordered back in April and still can't sell the clothes I got from them. I marked them down to almost free and no one still wants them. Yet ironically again, my Chinese clothing I paid under $5 a piece for flies off the shelves. Waste of $700"
