"Ordered a roll of Florida Glass, and, after 7 days of waiting and NEVER receiving a tracking number and a shipping confirmation of any kind, I called at around 330 PM EST to follow up. The guy had a very bad attitude, saying he'd look into it and get back to me. 730 PM EST rolls around, so I called him back instead, but there was no answer so I left my status request on the answering machine. A few minutes later, he returns my call. At this point, he got very snappy with me and had an awful attitude. Tells me it'll ship tomorrow. When I asked him why it took so long to ship, he seemed to became angry, telling I will receive it tomorrow. I had to ask him nicely to calm down. I mean, it was his wording that caused my confusion and question to start with! Looks like this is evidently his everyday norm from all the other reviews i LOL! Shopping elsewhere from now on. "
"Quoted 3 weeks for product, after a month, I started asking questions. I was rudely told to be patient. WSG wasn’t willing (or able?) to expedite my order with ScreenTight. Another vendor was. I canceled multiple orders with this rude company and took my business elsewhere. Will never be back. "

"Very hard to find a vendor who has large pet screen doors for sale much less sale them assembled. I purchased my screen door and pet door kits from WSG. Product arrived in time, but came with no instructions. Called WSG and the individual was condescending, rude and not very supportive. Assumed I knew everything he did about assembling screen doors. What a waste of money. I spent approximately $365 for screen door kit and per door kit. Did I mention it came with no instructions, Their website is less than desirable for DIY instructions, pictures or step by step to assemble their products. I could not insert the pet screen into their frame. I actually took WSG frame, pet screen to a hardware who assembles screen doors and was informed they couldn't insert the per screen in frame. I had to pay an extra $35 to have them insert regular screening into the frame. Bottom line after being frustrated and with little assistance from WSG, I am going to throw away the screen door and keep the pet door. Hopefully, I can use it on another screen door. I would NOT recommend this vendor/product to anyone. "
"...and it turned out that I received a quality product sliding screen door kit by Fedex pretty quickly. I There were no instructions included in the box, but went online and found a youtube video with the same product, so was fairly easy for me to put together, about an hours work. I put some wd40 on the corner brackets to make them go together easier. Glad I found this website - definitely saved money."

"I was told my screen was coming UPS when in fact it came FedX. When calling this Co., the guy answering the phone was very rude and short with me. The screen did come in 7 days and it was exactly what I ordered but in this day of having so many on-line choices of where to buy products you would think they would have someone answering the phone who could be friendly. I will choose elsewhere next time. "
