"Terrible from start to finish. Faulty product, difficult returns policy, I had to ask for a free postage, they haven't refunded the full amount calling it a "restocking fee". This chavy company are trying to avoid their legal responsibilities. DO NOT TRUST THEM"
"Ordered 40 LED lights from Wholesale LED and they all died within the year. Contacted Wholesale LED and they do not respond. They are horrible to do business with. Stay away. They do not back their product at all. They take your money and run. Not good business. Complaint also filed with the BBB."

Communications was far below expectations. Needed to call multiple times to find out what was going on. (Back ordered). When informed it was in had to go through cc information again, that is okay. Got billed but still in 3 weeks no product. Called told that it had not been paid for even though I had a billing from parent company on cc transaction report. Two additional calls to get it all done and still could not deliver on time promised (2nd day delivery). "
"In my opinion Wholesale LED has been excellent. They have been a ready source of bulbs that are not readily available and provided them at the best price. Further, when I experience a bulb with an early failure they replaced the bulb without argument or charge.
I expect to be a repeat customer based upon their good service and excellent prices."

"Horrible! They did not honnor the warranty on about 150.00 worth of 5watt LED bulbs. Every single one of them burnt out well within the warranty period. All of the 4watt bulbs I bought are great and work flawlessly but the 5watters are garbage and they would not help me out at all!"
