"every time I've placed an order, it's been 3 weeks from ordering to showing up. the last time I had to call to see why it's been weeks and the status shows pending (or whatever they use, processing, etc. basically it was not pulled, gathered and ready to go out the door). if you have another option and need it quickly, take the other option. the quality is fine but I never like having to wait weeks for items. I'm not accepting any nonsense like we have to do x on our side. it should not take that long to send products out the door and it's been consistently bad on every order "
"The product arrives in decent condition, but it takes several weeks before the order ships. We place small orders for what should be a stock item, so I am unsure why it takes 2-3 weeks for my order to ship out...
We have also had issues with the bars not being profiled to fit into each other without splitting. When I reached out for help with this issue, we did not receive great service. Even after sending a video clearly demonstrating the problem, we were only offered a small discount on a future order to compensate us. It cost us more in labor to trim the excess wood away than we received from the vendor in credit.
Given the poor customer service we have not been happy with this vendor. Add in that the long shipping delays (and that we only order as needed), which means our customers are frequently unhappy having to wait as well.
We are considering looking for a new vendor as a result."
