"this is the 4th set I have ordered from wholesalehid.com The "lifetime warranty" is a scam. my first set I ordered in July 2008, the ballasts went out. I have tried to get them replaced, and wholesalehid/aline electronics keeps giving me the run-around about giving me a return mdse. auth. number. Now, their latest is they have no record of my registration,(they want me to show proof that I sent the reg. in(signed conformation) though it says nothing about being req'd when registration card sent in. ALL of which I sent within 2 days of receipt of product, so now they won't honor their "lifetime warranty" The ballasts are junk if they only last a year. I ordered a st from another company 5 years ago, and they are still going strong (german quality I guess( vs-designed in Japan, probably made in china. The cost may be cheaper compared to others, but when you need them to be replaced, which you WILL, they will not honor their warranty. save yourself some hassel and money in the long run, order from someone else. These are JUNK."

When we contacted the web sites registrant, we got in touch with a DavidKWM at this e-mail address ****@****
He had allowed us to proceed with the warranty claim which we pay for shipping back to him and pay for shipping back to us. When we did all that was required of us, he failed to return our wiring harness and bulb under the warranty provisions.
This is my fair warning to all who is looking into buying from this web site: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT or WEBSITE.
