"Over the last few years I have bought three different models of heavy duty gate openers from Aleko and Wholesale Gate Opener which are associated companies. All three openers have given trouble. Trying to phone them is almost a lost cause because it is seemingly impossible to reach a live person. The majority of calls get put on hold for so long that eventually they get disconnected. Have also discovered that their technical support people have a very limited knowledge of their products and often give bad advice. In general, customer support is really, really bad. Due to my dealings with them and their unwillingness to rapidly correct their own mistakes, I now also give their ethics a failing grade. That old adage, “Caveat Emptor” (let the buyer beware) certainly applies to both the above companies."
"Low cost, but expensive to own. Product quality is awful. Installation instructions are useless. Even an engineer has great difficulty installing the gate and opener. Customer service made mistakes and refused to pay return freight. Technical support doesn't know product well. Don't even consider this firm. It will cost you dearly."
"Wow, this company is amazing! I purchased the 14' London Dual Driveway Gates. They were delivered to my house in perfect condition in 3 days!! (Washington to California) The gates are beautiful, much nicer than I imagined, especially for the low price ($899 and free shipping!!). I am so happy to have found them on the Internet. Outstanding communication too, I received shipping progress emails twice a day! If you need gates, you will not be disappointed! I purchased a dual gate opener from WholesaleGateOpener.com and in the 4 months I have owned it I have had to replace 2 PC boards, and 1 power supply. I'm not happy with the performance of the product. Also, when I called to return everything for credit they refused to refund me my money. Dont do business with this merchant. "

"SAVE YOUR MONEY! Got double gate opener for christmas,would not program. tried to watch the video that didnt work,called the 800 # given on web and it the recording directs you to e-mail. E-mailed after 3 weeks finally ordered part at my cost,they did offer to send me free remote. Finally recieved part after 2 more weeks and they didnt send cards ordered with the keypad nor did they send the remote they promised. Have e-mailed them know for 2 more weeks and they wont answer anymore. Not only did they not fix the problems I paid them ,because they didnt send me my total order. And you cant get hold of anyone. THEY SUCK! STAY AWAY!"
"These gate openers are made in CHINA! Mine lasted about 2 months. NO warrantee and NO customer service. The earlier poster-Spectator is actually spectator2803 who sells these cheap openers on eBay!
