"I bough some throuser for my son, they selled for size 160 (that all over the world is the eight of the children) I got a small pants, maybe fitting a 7 8 years old boy they had a mark on the back 160 but the bar code and the label had 128 that is the size for 8 years, I wrote a complain and they didn't even anwered... I read their policy refound, but sent it back would cost more than keep it and give it as present to someone who has a small son. For shure I will never buy from them again, as if you shep from far away you can't joke on size because customers get useless object.. they mock you once but loose a customer forever"

"I have three years buying in sammmydress and I am able to say that I'm very satisfied with them. In this three years they have improved the service, the website, the quality of the items, etc.

People who buy in wholesales must know that they sell replicas and chineese sizes are smaller than the rest of the world. You actually pay according to the quality of the goods, and should read carefully the descriptions of the goods (fabric overall), look carefully if buttons and staff like that are gluded or sewn, reviews from other customers, etc.

I think they have a good service and they respond to problems through bonnus or discounts, but overall the service is good and is a trustfull site.

"Garbage company. Sizes are all exaggerated. They will exaggerate the lengths, the bust sizes of the clothes at least 5cm more. Some of them are even 10cm differences.

They sent me wrong items once and they kept bugging me from taking photos, weigh the items, and did so many things for them. I insisted I did not make a mistake they made the mistakes and they should be the ones who checked first without bugging their customers to provide with evidence. They kept saying "I hope you understand" and why as a customer I am always the one who needs to understand them.

Then I asked them if I took photos how much would they refund me. They kept saying I would give you a reasonable compensation and I said I need an amount before I would do so. They kept refuse to tell me. Then I sent them items directly without their consent. I said you guys should refund me the shipping costs because you guys sent me wrong items. They said they did not refund shipping costs even though they made mistakes. Again they said "I hope you understand."

Then I opened the case on PayPal and asked them to refund me $xx and they agreed to refund me. In fact, they just used my in store credit, that is, my own money, to refund me on PayPal and then closed the case.

And don't buy their bags. I The bags I bought from them all got broken within 5 uses. Some even after one use.

And don't think their prices are good. For the super mini sizes and quality of their items, they are quite expensive. I could use the same price to buy some clothes at a retail store with a way better quality. Their clothes usually got defective within half year.

I had the credits there long time ago so I do not remember how I got those credits probably I ordered some out of stock items so they credited that to my account. You need to open a case on PayPal within 45 days of your purchase but as I said, they used my in store credits to refund me on PayPal and then closed the case so that was my own money. And to be honest PayPal was not that helpful either. They always say you will have buyers protections when using PayPal but in fact they just want the buyers and sellers settle the case themselves and they don't want to do anything.

I had the experience that they sent me some items which were not I ordered but similar, for example another color of the one I ordered or another same price style dresses I ordered. I was thinking might be the items you order are out of stocks so they just send you some hard to sale items. For example, The wrong items they sent me were very odd sizes. They are way too small and they know most customers don't bother to return the items even though they have received those wrong ones. Normally they would offer you discounts but they will also be beneficial for them because even after discounts they could still make money and they could get rid of those hard to sale items. I think they did that in purpose, not a mistake.
