"I ordered a Sony STR-DA4300ES which is advertised at retail price of $1,200.00 by Cruthchfield but is on sale there at $699.00. I checked prices at WholesaleAV and found that they were selling the same receiver at $599.00 and placed my order with them and it arrived on time. Before I received the Sony Receiver, I checked WholesaleAV's website and found that they were now selling the Sony Receiver at $569.00. I called them to request for a $30.00 refund as I had not received my order as yet. Within a week they deposited $30.00 into my VISA account. These people are very good and I highly recommend that people at least check their prices. They are the best. I most certainly will do business with them in the future. The box my order was shipped in contained the Sony Manufactuers unopened box. Good Job!! The only complaint I have is that when the UPS delivery came, he didn't notify anyone at this address and just left the box on the front porch. Since I got everything in one piece, I have not filed any complaint against anyone."

"I placed this order through their Amazon.com site for a television at a price that was a few hundred dollars less than other sellers for the same item. Three days later this company emailed me that unless I paid them an additional $303 for shipping on top of the $247 I had already paid ($550 total) for special shipping costs to Alaska, they would cancel my order. When I told them that was unethical and unprofessional and inappropriate and amounted to extortion and said they should fulfill their sale as made and billed to my credit card, they agreed with everything I said, but then canceled the order instead of filling it."

"I'm a happy customer. Ordered a small digital TV at a good price, over the phone. The guy who answered the phone was able to answer a couple of technical questions and seemed knowledgeable. I didn't get an email confirmation right away because they misspelled my email address, but an email to their customer service was answered promptly. The TV was shipped the same day, arrived in good condition and works fine. It wasn't overpacked - just shipped in its own box - but with a weight of 13 lbs. that doesn't worry me. The next morning in my inbox there was another email from wholesaleAV with my tracking number. I was amazed that my order shipped the same day. I had it shipped UPS Ground and received the item today, Monday, 22 Oct. It was in perfect shape. They had placed the factory receiver box inside another box for shipping, instead of just putting the UPS shipping label on the factory box. I was looking for a new receiver and saw the Panasonic SA-XR55 on Amazon. WholeSaleAV had the cheapest price but I had never heard of them before. There were a few other stores on Amazon that offered the product that I was familiar with but I decided to try WholeSaleAV since they were the cheapest.
