He started to track it down and also accommodated a quick replacement order. Luckily the last wheel showed up, though it threw off my and my installer's schedules. But that's not on wheelplususa. "I purchased a set of ESR wheels for my 2012 370Z nismo addition. I order a set of 19x9.5 and 19x11 for the rears. I was not sure if the fitment was correct or if i needed to purchase any additional parts. With in six hours of completing the purchase on line i was called, Jorge contacted me to verify the fitment and to provide me with additional information. I was asked if the vehicle had been modified or if i was planing to add/adjust the suspension or break system. I was inform a spacer may be required since the vehicle comes with large performance caliper in the front. I was explain in detail of the modification needed and i was recommended the correct size. Am pleased i was contacted by wheelplus and was advise of the alterations needed instead of them just rushing the order. "purchased set of wheels with tpms found out they charged me and will not refund me for the parts they did not put in. one email claims refund is coming. then they state it was to long after sale. of course i sent about 30 emails from aug till today and end result i did not get what i paid for. be very wary of this company.

email #1, after multiple attempts and spending 280 to go to local tire dealer to open tires and verify then add sensors. had also to send receipts and pictures of valve stems they took out.

The refund should be posted in the account with in 3-5 business days.

"They suck. I went online, found the rims I wanted, ordered them along with two tires. I paid by paypal, the only method they accept and two days later I'm told the rims are out of stock. Would I like the same rim in a different color. After looking around online, I was having trouble finding them in the right size, so I reluctantly agreed, meaning now I have to have them powder coated. I asked for a discount and complained that they were not listed out of stock when I bought and that they still weren't listed as out of stock. I asked for a discount. They said no and by the way, we don't have the tires either, how about a completely different tire? Like I said, they suck.

Now I wonder if they will even show up and will I actually receive a refund for the tires?

Edit: 04/19/14 They did refund my money and the rims show as "shipped."
It looks like you cannot edit the quick survey, so I'll just say that their customer service wasn't bad. I didn't like what he had to say, but at least I did get and email and he answered all of my emails in a reasonable time. I think the initial 2 days to tell me that they did not have what I ordered was a bit much, but I have experienced worse. I'd give it 4 stars. I've also up'd their overall rating to a 2, because I think a 1 star rating should be reserved for rip-offs and this place is just better than a rip-off."

"Recently installed them on my ride and they look superb! This is the second set of 2 Craves. To me they are good wheels. Paint didn't chip off or anything and I rode on the first set daily for about a year with no problems at all. Just decided that I needed something new and got these ones."
