It was worst experience ever!
i ordered UGG boots on Dec 9th and got them on Dec 14th, but these boots are defective.
so i returned them to Whatshebuys on Dec 17th and waited for a replacement item.
On Dec 31st, i got an email from Whatshebuys saying that the boots that i ordered are out of stock now, and i will get a refund soon

In short, they're very irresponsible (ignored my email)
Second, their shipping service is way too slow (it took 23 days for me to hear this : sorry the item you ordered is out of stock now.) They should have held the ones for me when i told them to return my package.
Third, they're brazen (din't apologize for shipping me a defective item.)
