"I feel that this is one of the worst companies that I have delt with over the years. I placed my order for a SAMSUNG SD-816BEP 16X DVD-ROM on 11/27/04 and immediately paid via paypal for my purchase. I did not receive a confirmation email and the purchase was not posted to my paypal account. I waited for 24 hours to see if it would be corrected, which it was not. Later I wrote their customer service and advised them that it did not appear to have gone thru. They emailed me back with a very unprofessional "your address is wrong and you didn't give the shipping type". I emailed them back saying that if they could not ship to the address I wanted then I didn't want to purchase the product. One of the people that lives with me told me that some guy had called from wasp saying exactly what it said in the email. I returned the call to discover that the number they had left was a data line, maybe for fax or credit card. The next day I received a phone call from the "president" of the company. He told me that my account said that a purchase had been made and that the product had already shipped and I could retrieve the tracking number from the account. I logged on and ... nothing... still. I emailed him saying that it had not worked and that I had tried calling and he emailed back saying that I was lying and that I had not tried calling or emailing him (obviously if he responded then he got the email). It took almost 3 weeks to get everything sorted out and in the end they wound up giving a refund even though they had already said the product had been shipped.
I feel that this company should not be allowed to operate. Their customer service reps are rude, very unprofessional, and the manner in which they handle orders if very poor."
