"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Would give zero stars if possible! Same problem as everyone else. Bought a Christmas gift from them early December, immediately took my money but never rec'd the item. I did use Paypal and have escalated this to a claim and I'm hoping at this point to get my money back. "

"I ordered a $20 item from this company and paid through PayPal. The money was withdrawn right away but the item never arrived. You will never get a tracking number and will have no luck reaching someone in customer service or through email. I have a claim filed with PayPal stating that this is a fraudulent company. You will not be able to phone them because the recording always states that they are closed, even though the recorded hours of business imply they should be there. Not one of the many differing email addresses linked with the company are legitimate either. I am hoping to get my mere $20 back but can't help worrying how many other suckers are getting taken for much more than this. STAY AWAY FROM WESTVIEW TRADERS!!!!"
"I ordered an item on line from this company. The money is gone from my credit card but I have not received the merchandise. Finally tried calling and received a recording saying they were closed. This was at 3:30 pm on monday 12/13/2010 The message does say, however, that their hours last until 7;00 pm Tried their online dial up where they call back (Now 3:50) and the same message "We are closed"
Received no confirmation via email of order being processed or ship.
Who are these people??? Are they legit?? Doubt if I would endure this situation again."
