"Man does this company just plain old fashion suck ass. Not only did they screw up the order to start with, they shipped it wrong and I still have not received it. There is no way for me to receive it and they will not refund my money that they so quickly took even though the screw up is totally their fault. They were rude, unhelpful and had no knowledge of their products. I will NEVER use them again and I suggest you never use them at all... Complete idiots at this place. I've had to turn the matter over to my lawyer to try and get my money back. STAY WAY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!"
"I sent payment for a power module to Westgate Parts on February 4, 2004 and it hadn't arrived by February 11. At the time, I contacted Paypal and got a refund for it. It turned out that the company was moving from New Jersey to Florida and their orders would be shipped when the move was concluded. I decided to send in a new order and hope for the best. The part had not arrived one week later so I called the company. They explained that my order was misplaced and it would be shipped that day. They did follow through and it was shipped the same day. However, I was not compensated for the delay in shipping by any means."
