"They take your money. You may or may not get the product. And their "customer service..." man, forget about it.
They have a bunch of touchy feely kids answering emails who, somehow or another, think that you the customer are writing in to hear their whole sad life story. Mine is apparently sad because he is in his 40s and still working customer service, and likes to go on tirades about how the world judges him...or some such. I have no idea. End of the day, they still refused to ship my product.
And I am a 100% disabled Veteran, listening to this kid whine about how the world is mean to him. But being a disabled Veteran I am on a limited income. The loss of this $125 means I just have to go without nicotine until I get paid in two weeks. But it is the customer service boy's sob story that we all had to listen to today."

On January 19th they wrote it was out for delivery its now been 8 days and no package. So I emailed them telling me to refund me and nothing. So I filed a dispute. "

"Will not order from West Coast Vape Supply again. Ordered juice 2/5/21. They charged me that day. I waited, and waited. Then emailed three times over the course of a week. No response to any email. I finally received a partial order today 2/22/21. Two juices are back ordered but were in stock when I ordered. I even paid for expedited shipping. TERRIBLE customer service. I have been ordering from them about once every two months for a year. This lack of response and shipment put me in a bind and I had to order from elsewhere and pick some juice up locally for twice the price. I'm not a complainer. I never leave reviews like this, but this was ridiculous. "

"I placed an order for items that were supposed to be in stock. I was charged immediately and it has been weeks and I have received nothing. They have ignored at least a half a dozen emails and when you try to call, you get disconnected every time. I should have read reviews before ordering, because this company is getting bashed all over the internet for the same exact problem that I am having. I don't mind waiting a few weeks for my items to come, but I don't like my credit card being charged as soon as I place the order and then receiving 0 response from these people. Stay far away. With the level of complaints online right now oh, I wouldn't be surprised if they had to close shop. Just beware next time you place an order, because if they do shut down their website, they will probably just reopen with another name. It cost me $82 to learn to do a bit more research before placing and order again."
"So Far I am out a76 dollars, and no response from seller. when I ordered, it said due to the Covid it would be a 3 to 5 day extra wait. When I went back looking for my order it then said 5 to 7 day delays. After OVER 7 business days I went back to check order status again. It then said 7 to 21 business days. Sent an email asking for my juice or a refund and got no response. I am guessing I am out my money, and I will probably never hear from them.
Upon further inspection they have no BBB rating, and their reviews are generally horrible. This place was a recommendation from a family member so I did not research any further. Will never order again. "
