"West Wind Farms is completely unreliable. The first time I ever tried to contact them, all I ever got was an answering machine. So I decided to leave a message. They didn't get back with me until *10* days later. I should've written them off then, but I was naive.

When I eventually placed an order, they told me that it would ship on a certain date. Well, that date passed and the order never arrived, so I tried to found out why. I tried to contact them for several days in a row and NEVER got a response from them. Finally, almost a week later, they left a message for me and told me they had been out of town. They also said they were sorry and would try to call again later, which they never did. They are completely irresponsible and treat their customers as if they don't matter. Stay away from them, and your life will be better for it."
